One Pot Chicken Curry

This is the easiest chicken curry! It’s so easy to make and perfect for the days you have to get dinner done but you aren’t in the mood. I’m using the Instant Pot Instant Duo Crisp which is great if you want an Instant Pot and Air fryer in one. Such a convenient and easy machine to have around.

Ingredients:

2 medium potatoes cut up
3-4 tbsp Oil
2 tomatoes liquidized 
1 small onion liquidized  
2 chicken fillets
2 chicken thighs  
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger 
1 Elachi 
1 small cinnamon stick 
1 tsp salt 
1/2 tsp Arad 
2 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Jeero powder 
1 tsp Dhania powder 
 2 tbsp fried onions

Method:

Toss the potatoes in oil and Air fry on 180C for 10 minutes, once done remove and keep aside. 
 
In your pot add olive oil,  onion, tomatoes, chicken fillets, chicken thighs, followed by all the spices and mix. Then add just under 1/2 cup water. Pressure cook for 8 minutes on high. Allow natural release and open the pressure cooker once pressure is released. Add in the cooked potatoes and mix the curry gently. Add in chopped coriander and serve with rice or roti. Enjoy.......
